Our vibrant vegetarian café restaurant in central Norwich is looking for a friendly, dynamic individual to work as assistant manager.
The job offers a competitive salary plus tips, along with the chance to work in an exciting, fast-paced and sociable environment.
The assistant manager will be involved in a hands-on manner in the day-to-day running of the restaurant including ensuring high standards of service from the front of house team, managing the completion of daily tasks so that the restaurant runs smoothly, training new staff, helping to manage budgets, and contributing ideas for marketing and promotions.
We are looking for a friendly, ultra-reliable, flexible and dynamic person with a passion for great customer service to fill this exciting role. The successful applicant will have experience of supervising staff in a catering environment.
